A quick email to thank you and your colleagues for the excellent service I received and the excellent quality Siberian Larch TGV which arrived on Friday. The timber is of excellent quality and it was delivered on time and with no fuss, the Palletline driver was also very polite and accommodating.Thank you again and please pass on my gratitude to all your colleagues.

An unusually impressive service received from all of Bennett's staff involved with my order for Siberian larch cladding, ranging from helpful advice at initial sales enquiry, attentive response in progress chasing, to a careful and considerate delivery driver who expertly placed the large pallet exactly where the customer wanted it!
