Non-Standard Doors and Frames are being used more frequently at the present on large projects such as M.O.D Facilities, Prisons, Hospitals, Health centres etc.
On most of these projects the doors are fire rated for 30/60 or even 120 minutes.
We can supply doors with hardwood veneers, such as ash, oak, beech, maple etc. All these doors can have glazed apertures specially put in to any size, and the will meet the correct standard once cut. We price all non standard doors and frames straight fro the schedule drawn up by the architect or Quantity Surveyor.
We manufacture all of the non standard internal door linings and rebated casings ourselves, we also prime, trench heads and pre assemble, which means all you have to do on site is fit them.
